Fans of NPR Tiny Desk concert, Warehouse Eight co-founder Kayla Dionisio and Kwago founder Czyka Tumaliuan started a series of gigs for musicians to freely express who they are and to closely connect with people in a no-frills setting. They recorded most of the performances and is exclusively launching them all on a no shoes and no phone gathering called Echoes at the Warehouse on September 22, 4pm - before midnight at Warehouse Eight, La Fuerza Plaza.
Supported by homegrown logistics company Xend, Warehouse Eight together with Kwago is bringing Komura; book fair back with new pockets of experiences and initiatives to enjoy and help imagine what storytelling could become.

The European Literary Fair to be hosted at National Book Store Glorietta will celebrate European literature at its finest. Ever heard of the gossip that Murakami is going to the Philippines? Sad but the rumors remained rumors. Yet the good thing is Japan actually brought his grace in the country. On February 27 (Tuesday,) The Japan Foundation Manila with Kritika Kultura opened the very first Haruki Murakami Festival (in Manila - Experience his Works through Music, Films and Talks) at the Leong Hall Auditorium in Ateneo De Manila University (ADMU). This month-long festival aims to showcase a series of free exciting events where people can enjoy understanding Murakami’s world with our senses: 1. “Talk about” Murakami 2. “Watch” Murakami and 3. “Listen to” Murakami.

November 18 - Manila, Philippines. The co-working space of Warehouse Eight hosted the first edition of Komura; Book Fair, which drew sizable traffic of like-minded book lovers, especially towards the evening.
Sponsored by the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP), Warehouse Eight, together with Kwago Bookstore, organized the first experience-driven book fair that explores different ways to consume literature.
