Chef Xavier Btesh launched his latest cook book French Kusina. The book signing followed by a cooking demo by took place on July 22, 2017 at National Book Store, Glorietta 1 hosted by Pinky Amador.
Intertwining French and Mediterranean cuisine using a typical Filipino kitchen, Chef Xavier proves that French food is never a complex dish to do in the Philippines by releasing his second cookbook, ‘French Kusina’. After hearing much complaint that French cuisine is difficult, he decided to create French Kusina to that features basic French recipes, home-style cooking and comfort food from his country. Chef Xavier compiled recipes which are fool proof for either chef experts or French-food-lovers with the use of local ingredients.
